Cancellation policy & returns

Is it a match or not? You can take 14 calendar days with your item to find out if it can become a favourite. If you would like your item in a different size or colour, please place a new order. If you don't like the item or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us free of charge and without any complications. The returns label required for this is already enclosed with your order.

Please note:

- We only accept returns online for items that you have purchased in the official Sportalm online shop.
- If you have purchased an item elsewhere, please return it there or make a complaint where you bought it.

Refund:

We will inform you when we have received your return. Only when your return has been processed by us and subjected to a quality check will we arrange a refund to the payment method you used.  Of course, you can complain to us about defective goods within the scope of your statutory warranty claim (within 2 years) if the item was purchased in the official online shop. Otherwise, you must complain about the item where you purchased it.
